Eberspacher on mains

The heater is not working on mains. It was working when I bought the van, then not when we went to Scotland. Then working fine again at home and now not working again in Wales.
Doesn't matter what the temperature setting is, it's cool in the van, the mains circuit breaker is ok, the led is on and there's plenty air (cool) coming through...
Any suggestions?

The only diesel heaters I have seen run off 12V or 24V, I do have a Chinese one that runs off 240V but it has a power brick that changes power to 12V

Ok as I am on the road I have just switched the "Heater" switch on the mains distribution box off. So now I can at least run the heater on diesel when on hookup.
