Evri

To be fair, I've never had any problems with deliveries from Evri, or even Hermes as they were previously known.
Yodel however have always been a nightmare. I have never forgotten the day the Yodel van pulled up outside my house, driver got out with a parcel, walked past both the room I was in and the front door to get to the window of another room where the fanlight was open, and lobbed the parcel through it. It landed on the quarry tiled floor. Luckly it was well packed and didn't break. They have also put parcels in the wheelie bins.

Right now, we are waiting for eight parcels from Inpost. The locker is out of order, so the tracking shows them going to and fro.
Waiting for a parcel from Royal Mail. The postie claimed to try to deliver it twice (we were here: no-one came near). Declared the address invalid (the house has been here 495 years, the address since the formation of the Post Office) and returned it to Sender.
Several parcels unaccountably lost in transit by Yodel.
Never a problem with Evri

We have an Evri courier called James. He is fabulous in every way. It turns out that in the evenings he is an actor and we often go to see his performances. You could not wish to meet a nicer fella.
During his last gig The School for Scandle he and the cast came out into the foyer during their break. Imagine our delight when they came over to Chris and I and he introduced the entire cast to us! We were totally gob smacked and we spoke about it for days afterwards.

We got a new driver about a month ago, and to be fair, he's good, know where to leave stuff if we're out etc.

It you think they are bad then here's one from yodel. Read the card it was where it said it was. They told me to claim from the sender, I said it arrived ok it was them that distoyed it but they wouldn't have it so I had to take them to the small claims & they paid up
