Please can anyone tell me what I use in these small metal burners to keep food warm? One came with a great food stone that can be used to cook meat or fish on and the other with a fondue set20200106_175538.jpg

My vote is for a T-light candle.
Or possibly methylated spirits.
It's hopeless when manufacturers don't include instructions.
Are they marked with a manufacturers name?

Meths burners, the little pan is to extinguish the flame. I have a slightly larger version to go under my cast iron fondue dish.

You can get little gel burners that don’t smoke or smell though cheaper to buy the gel in bottles then you need to buy wadding.

Thanks Anne I'll have a look. Put away nos but it might be good to have a fondue by a campfire sometime.
I carry one in my van all the time not used it in years but it’s there if I want to I dug it out of the cupboard at home with all the other kitchenalia gadget fads. 😂
