I really like it, so many obstacles to overcome in France, here you just build it and use it.

Well there has been a lot of scrapping with the Pensions protests in France, Kev, so some native blood loss is only to be expected ... :ROFLMAO:. In fact, if you'll pardon the pun, there was Sang well before the Fat Lady arrived, but it certainly was not all over ...

I admire the French for not taking any shit even if it doesn't get anywhere, what do you reckon the chances would be of getting a revolt off the ground here? apathy abounds.

I think there is a real problem in France now; the Gilets Jaunes have not disbanded, the inequality has grown, and the Pensions Row adds fresh fuel to the fire. We were caught up in the early Gilets Jaunes protests and had to turn round and head back to our French hovel when protesters blocked access to fuel stations and then to the Autoroute, instead of heading for Spain for the Winter Sun. When we did get away 2 weeks later, we pitched opposite a Swedish couple [admittedly she was 20km to the right of Genghis Khan in her opinions that were broadcast to all and sundry], in a brand new top of the range luxury Motorhome that was immaculate, apart from the front nearside where the Gilets Jaunes had kicked the Panels in ...

It seems she had tried to offer them some advice on how to resolve their problems, including how to earn more money to live on, and had then tried to continue on her journey
