Fuel Use of Heater

In readiness for Moffat I filled my Heater Fuel Tank and reset the counter.
Had the heater on for around 3 hours or so yesterday. Then today I put the heater on (once I could get in the van!) at around 9AM today and been running since then - so so far 5 hours today and 3 hours yesterday.
In that time, used around 800ml of Kerosene

So around 100ml per hour, or around 6p/Hour to run the heater. Not too bad really :p

That's pretty good, but wait, temperature sensors - tell me more!!!

one of the advantages of using the Venus GX instead of a Pi (y) - As well as the temp sensors, that is how I am reading the Fuel Use of the Heater (and the water tank levels)

I *think* you can use the IO connectot on the Pi if you add things to the right places but I haven't played around with that.

Ah, OK. The Pi would be more than capable, I just don't know where to start lol.
