We ended up on pub carpark,,

Unfortunately, the coach trip won't go ahead as the coach company's quote was too much. It would have been £25 per head..

Also, please remember these essential points:

1) When you get off the ferry, do not turn left and drive through the town. Turn right, going down to the roundabout, then turn left and follow the campsite signs.

2) The Arrival time is 2 pm. If we can lower that, I will post on here tomorrow, but it will not be before 12 noon.

I arrived yesterday. Being tired and stressed I drove through the town centre, although there was a weight limit displayed it did not give a width warning or state no motorhomes.
I did get through with a 7.5m unit, although it was the hardest most stressful thing I have ever done in the 10 years of driving.
Take Phil's advice.

We stayed there for the night last week, we were the only ones, but I imagine it might be packed for the solstice.
