Getting toTowersey Festival

Hi all, we attend Towersey Festival every year. It has moved to The Claydon Estate, Middle Claydon, Buckinghamshire. Last year we used What 3 words and Google maps to locate the entrance which is off Werner Terrace . The problem was that the route took us via lots of single track roads that were not the best for our 7m motorhome. I was just wondering if any of you knowledgeable people know the area and could tell us the best way to get there from the M40. Thanks

The route given by Google maps from Cherwell Services looks OK... all roads seem to have white lines ... as seen on street view?
