Sad news about Neil Innes. Died yesterday at the tragically young age of 75.
His gigs we're always an event and our daughter treated us to a Rutles show, last year..
400 of us, split between wrinklies, their grown up kids and a smattering of grandkids.
We were all word perfect.
The first track on the first album, I bought , (Remaindered at 2/6d ) , opened with the line... " I've got my hand up the skirt of Mother Nature ..!".
I'm not the only afficanado on here..? Surely?IMG_20191231_094941.jpg

We always suspected that Maggie was from an artistic background .
And we knew, from the word go, that you were an, " artist ", too.

Maggy's Dad 'Jazzer' was a pianist who played with a few stars and until his death we reglarly met some of them, the only one we see now is Mike Felix of The Migil Five although we have not been in touch for a few years, Fred was 'Jazzers' cousin and also was tour manager of Lindisfarne at one stage.
I was as you know a famous artist for Tetley, Bass and Carling:p
