Just insured our car with Hastings think it was Monday, rang us today to validate the policy they said , you stated on the form that you are retired yes that’s correct my husband said , can you tell us how you are funded they asked . Obviously it’s a state pension and works pension but how is this relevant and surely it’s nobody’s business only ours , hubby said it’s nothing to do with you but they wouldn’t go ahead with the policy until he confirmed where our money came from . Is it just me or is the world going mad ?
