I know not everybody likes George Clarke, but at 8pm tonight he's looking at a converted railway cattle carriage, a vintage Morris Minor caravanette and a 1970s builders' van being converted into a luxury camper.

Might be worth a look if you're bored on a nondescript January evening

I saw that listed and was thinking "what is a cattle carriage" :)

Timely post Marie, just read this so put it on just as it’s starting. Thanking you :)

May get chance to watch a bit while Caz has sneaked one of the dogs into the showers :)

Just watched on catchup. Bet that's set you off again Marie. They were all good in their own way but i did like the tiny house in Spain.

I liked the old railway carriage/cattle wagon but not sure how they will goon when it moves. You just know all the ornaments and plants aren’t going to stay there ha ha

Great job and well done to him, all that work and took hgv so he can take his mam out in it.

Liked the old moggy and how happy it made the woman who owned it. the big railway carriage was ok but for 20k he should have bought an old library bus or something and done a conversion.

I liked the moggy if it is just one person. Didn’t think it was expensive for a ground up rebuild at £15k either, seen folks spend a lot more than that on much worse finished cars

Enjoyed the show, but was a bit surprised when I saw the one mounted on the flatbed. I had incorrectly assumed that the bedroom would be over the cab, wonder what the whole thing weighed! I did like the tiny house in Spain, and that restored Moggy was a delight. The Transit they are using for their own project is almost the same as my very first van, but mine had started life as a builders van and that V4 engine, hope their's is better than the one I had. Mine got stolen and wrecked, didn't put me off though!

Spanish house was brilliant, bit parky this time of year up in the mountains. The moggy, getting her £15k back if she wanted it,shouldn’t be a problem. The lgv, a labour of love . Can’t put a price on that. The tranny, don’t you just know it’s going to be OTT.
Didn’t know it was on, don’t watch a lot of telly, missed the first 5-10 minutes, daughter had some large lady skating on ice, god knows why, so thanks one more time Mariesnowgoose. Watched it on iPad. Love this thing.

Are we likely to see them in a field sometime? Doubt it.

Thought the Moggy looked very arse end heavy, possibly on the verge of illegal? Nicely restored & finished tho & made her smile so job done. Hgv box thing was a queer looking object in my view, but well built & nicely finished. For a mucky neck i liked the bath too. For that money as has been said, an ex library would have been easier but everyone does that so Kudos to him.
