His very own secret pub ????

I am sure it is a long held dream for many to have their very own pub
What I found over Xmas / New year was that a certain member seems to have achieved that - yet still kept it a secret !!!

I present to you the evidence.

Given that this site held a rally last year on a field in the middle of this site, just below the pub, wild camping might not have been out of the question.
I did consider finding out it it would be a possible place for a meet. Unfortunately, there are plans to develop this field later this year & put in electric hookups.

Doesn't change the fact that the pub was great, both in food & atmosphere !!

Cannae win them all that was the blo*dy Diesel engine that caused me this grief and now look how these stinky Diesel engines are ,I’m trying a solar powered train but please keep quiet about it I don’t want anyone to find out yet ,going on dragons den with my idea

I became a Laird at Christmas, true !! I now hold the title of 'Laird of Dunans' How about that then eh. I now own a square foot of Scotland thanks to my son and some fishing rights too. Trouble is though that thousands of other folk also own a square foot each and the same title, still it was good while it lasted, but I am, apparently, able, should I wish, to legally use the title

Knowing you Gordon, I wiil have to spend a lot more than pennies to get a you a drink !!

Am gonna be visiting there again in August for a wedding reception (part 2) party !!
