How often do you wash?

Mine get washed every xmas without fail, some dirty sods dont bother.

When I cut myself on the duvet cover when turning over, or when the pillowcase cracks when I plump it up, then I know I should think about the washing; but no point in being hasty, and, after all, they have moulded themselves to my body shape ...

I read it as years and thought it was just about right, now I am thinking maybe I should start washing more
