Don’t know why that spoils it for everyone. The whole area was booked for a meet and that became the focal point of good evenings. These days vans would be further apart, but many aires seem to use similar spacing.

It didn't say anything about a meet in the OP so I assumed it was wild camping and of course setting up windbreaks etc is a bit of a no no.

So it all you fault innit
