I need sympathy

Hope you are ok and get a few pain killers in for the night, lucky it did not skewer something else or there could have been a nasty bang and a hissing sound.

Aww Annie that really does look sore. I'm sorry... I know haven't been very sympathetic today about your wound. It actually looks a lot worse on here than it did in the WhatsApp message I saw this morning. Infection's a worry on the hands I would think, so heaps of TCP and I'd be inclined to keep it covered if you can for a couple of days. Don't forget the marigolds :giggle:

Ooo that was loads of sympathy I feel so much better now ??

You're welcome chick :ROFLMAO:

I really am sorry for joking about it though... hadn't realised you'd gone right through your finger  I thought you'd just stabbed yourself a bit.

That looks so painful....I don't think I could have removed the skewer myself!
Mind you the ones I use are metal ones from Greece and would have damaged tendons. Look after it, and get to GP if it swells too much or signs of infection.
Avoid bone china teacups for a while as finger crooking may be compromised :sneaky:
