Ignoring

Seems i have accidentally set two people as “ignoring “

Went into my account and into the ignoring section but cannot see how to un ignore someone

Hover over my name and the extra window that opens gives you the choice of ignore or unignore.

I have managed to find the one account because i found them under the alerts tab

But i cannot find the other member to un ignore them

I tried search by members name but it comes back with 2 pages but are these are blank

In the ignoring section hovering over the members name just copies the name

Have a look through several threads and see if you can find them that way then you can unignore.

Yes thats what i have been doing

Eventually found a response from another member by searching for just part of the name but of course i was ignoring the member i was trying to find Then i notice a comment something like you are ignoring some replies and was then able to find the member

So all sorted now

1) On the right of the green bar at the top of the page you should have 4 links "Trek Inbox Alerts Search", click on "Trek".
2) You will see a box appear that contains several options, click on "ignoring".
3) You will now see a list of who you are ignoring and will be able to remove them from the list.

I am all sorted now but not via your method

I tried your method before posting But once faced with the list of people in the ignoring list that i had accidentally ignored I couldn’t unignore anyone using my ipad , all i could do was copy the user name ,if i clicked on the name i got a not authorised error

Oh, that is strange. I have tested it on my iPad and it does work.

Tried it again

Set a member as ignore went into the ignore section and can only copy the username or if i click i get this
