It's certainly a very odd one:
2018 CHASSIS WITH
2012 CAMPER BODY
Did you read that bit?
Actually that might be quite good, the 2012 body would be far better built than a 2018 body. The advert was very odd on my screen, the lower half of the screen was the seller business information, which included their VAT number. A scammer wouldn't put that - if you were suspicious you could confirm it with the VAT registration web site whatever it is.
So that explains the reasonable price. If you were interested you would need to take your overalls and trolley jack and spend a full day exploring it. Or to put it another way, if you did look over it for 8 hours it would mean that in that time you hadn't found anything much wrong with it.
And what about the
insurance, what does the V5 describe it as?
Also:
ENVIRONMENTAL PERMIT NUMBER EAWML54425
That means it's a scrap yard. Perhaps they got a scrapped AutoTrail with a prang, and they had a Citroen base vehicle with a high mileage and swapped the identity over. The registration details show Sorn, MOT expired October 24, it is a 3 axle - correct, and MGW 5000kg. Is that right, sounds a bit high to me but I don't know three axle motorhomes. Still, it is allegedly a 3 litre 180HP chassis.
