Interior temperature

I'm with you Annie, can't stand it too warm, 10/12 ish is plenty warm enough through day and at night I just like the chill taking off to be cosy and warm in bed, too cold and it makes me cough. We use hot water bottles this time of year - he has his hot and I have mine cold to cool me down lol.

21 if just sat about and drop it to 10 through the night. I think PVCs are far more draughty and not as well insulated as a coachbuilt.

Depends on ME. My body thermometer is all over the place. Heating on then windows open. Poor James just has to go with it. No heating at night as it plays havoc with my sinuses. James, my hero, gets up and puts the heating on before I get up. Just as well he’s easy going. ?

Hi, we keep ours around 20 degrees except at night when the heating is off, there are always roof vents open slightly for ventilation.

I like mine to be around 20, same as at home, during the day. At night I usually drop it to minimum to save battery power then whack it up when I wake up in the morning; I think home is 14 at night.

In my old chausson I used to open the fridge door to warm it up, there were more gaps and draughts in that thing than a cullinder. I used a whole expandable foam cannister to seal the gap between the van floor and the transit floor bit where it was ribbed, huge cold draught.

Heat at home or in the van is a problem, Liz doesn't seem to feel the cold, but I keep telling her to shut the door, (sometimes quite loudly) I feel draughts, I hate being cold if sat around, not so bad if we're out and about, but the van is the worst place to be cold though.

That's sheer luxury! When we were kids, waterskiing on holiday was hanging on to the back of dads van in the rain on the A49.

I always suspected you were hot in bed:Blow_Kiss_Emoji:

We don't like to be hot, I am from the North and Maggy is a Southerner but neither of us can sleep if it is too warm, we have the roof light above the bed open in the winter
