Is Saltcoats in the Bermuda Triangle

Both phones have the latest updates, both phones have been turned off and back on again several times, I was looking at the map and trying to find out if the island near us is Alisa Craig when this happened

Ailsa Craig is quite unmistakable - it looks like a volcano emerging out of the sea. If you are at Saltcoats, and its a long mountainous island it will be Arran to the west. You might make out Cumbrae or Bute towards the north.

Thanks I could see what I thought was ailsa but my compass on the phone was telling me a different story, heading toward girvin tomorrow to get a better look ?
 
Why have you got the mobile number written at the top of the white iPhone :eek:

You might want to go back and edit the post :unsure:

Yes I even removed compass and reloaded the app, later we walked around town and came back to the same location and the were both fine
 
I'm much more concerned as to why you're in Saltcoats in the first place!
 
you can see ailsa craig clearly from saltcoats on a good day or from troon
