second thoughts about that meal offer......(they will reimburse you)........you will more than likely not get reimbursed by them.............compensation up front.............but then not worth the hassle maybe......take care.....

if it was the alternator.....why did they just replace it at the time...???????
 
Send them a full description of your delays etc annie ,mention that you will be sending the same letter to the ins company you are with ( if they done the recovery policy) at your disgruntled service you have received and look for recompense.
This could be down to them subbing the recovery out?

I was looking at the time I posted and I think maybe the clock in our lounge was wrong it says I posted at 12.57 but our clock said 1.45 I’ll get up and go look in a while so it was probably 12.45 when we arrived home lol.

Just been and checked the clock and it’s fine so must have just been bleary eyed and tired so it was actually 12.45 when we arrived home lol see looking better already.

To be honest I’m not that bothered if I was sat in a car and that happened I’d be p!ssed off but sat in a nice warm motorhome with food and coffee and parking for free it wasn’t such an inconvenience they got us home safe and sound so no worries.

This is the official photo that the recovery guy took at 11.45 69 miles from home a good hour and a half journey and then approx 15 mins to unload the van and get it onto our drive I looked at the clock when I got in and it said 1.40 yet my post that I posted saying just home at 1.45 was posted at 12.57 very strange.

There was something funny that night Annie, your and Wully’s Last two posts weren’t showing when I made mine, after I posted the earlier two popped up. Yes I had refreshed the page, I had just logged on as login doesn’t hold.
