Thinking of how job titles have changed over the years.

When I was plumbing, I was a plumber, now I'd be a 'Heating engineer'
When I was driving lorries I was a lorry driver, now I'd be a 'Trucker'

When I fitted kitchens I was a fitter but if I was out and someone asked my job I would tell them I was a kitchen designer if I needed to impress them.
Believe it or not the more skill you have the less people think of you.
As we all know most kitchen designers are sales people that can use a Cad package on a computer.

What about

Customer service engineer...salesman

Waste removal engineer...bin man.

It's a bit like that ad a good few years ago now, i think it was BT, which said that if you had an ology after your name you had made it. Maureen Lipman.

If I wanted to annoy fellow workers I would say i was
Director of
Information and
Communication
Technology
Associated
Tasks
Otherwise
Resting
