Jump start power bank............

Jump leads from your leisure batteries, assuming that you have them. That said though, we have a unit that we got from aldi years ago, no idea whether it works, but it's there.

Not MH related gents, I’m finding that as I hardly use my Mitsubishi, the battery is a tad lazy, would not start today and too wet outside to remove and give a charge boost, so I thought a power bank a route to look at. If cost is ott, I’ll change the battery, AS&G required.

Have you not an on board smart charger,if so why not just plug in from mains, do you have no solar.

No, I dont have that kit on my car, Trev.
If not driving for long times you can buy a small solar windscreen panel and regulator and plug it into the cigy socket, saying that a small 1 amp charger will keep it up if left on 24/7.
If you are using it and the battery is going down hill then time to replace it, my car went the same way last winter, new battery trade price was £45.

IF the ciggy socket is live with ignition off ...

Not all vehicles are ;-)

I have a small lithium Jump Start kit. bought it a few years ago from Amazon. Used it on both my VW LT a few times when that had a flat battery and also on the car once when that had a totally flat battery for an unknown reason.
Handy thing to have and worked just as advertised. Cost around £70 at the time. Can't give you a link as these units come and go on Amazon and constantly get fresh listings.
I bet there are probably only 2 or 3 genuinely different models and all the various ones listed are just rebrands of the same few ones.

I bought an Anti Gravity Micro Start (XP01 I think) several years back and it has been great. It has started my diesel tractor on several occasions and with the optional compressor attachment I use it for putting air into all my vehicle tyres (including motorhome and large rear tractor tyres) whenever a top up is required. Not cheap but a great piece of kit Terry.

I bought a “Lithium” one about 3 years ago. When it arrived its voltage and weight suggested it was lead acid not lithium. I queried this with the seller and got a prompt refund and told to keep the unit.

Terry if you’re gonna get one the NOCO stuff seems to be the best. I have a big truck one I bought of a member I’ve used it a few times it works a treat.
