I have bought a couple of Karcha items recently. If you order direct from their website you get an upgrade to 2 yrs on the warranty.
The cordless strimmer I bought from them also had an offer of a free 2nd battery ! I think this applied to all cordless items.
I also bought a vacuum cleaner off them which arrived damaged it was not till the 4th delivery that I got one undamaged. This could have been the the fault of the couriers but it was very frustrating at the time !
