Kreg drill jig /Goosenaugh

Kreg Pocket Hole Jigs have nothing to do with the screws (except it has because they work better because of the flat contact area), this is the kit

I have a Kreg one Dell but I also have a cheaper one that, to be honest works just as well which I could send to you, it might take me a few days to find it and the drill but I can post it to you (at my cost;)), we can worry about returning it later because I still have another one, how many and what length screws do you need?

Kreg make special screws for the pocket hole drills, with a wider head, I have a Trust version of the same tool.

When I ran out I just bought a kit of Panhead self-tappers from Screwfix to try and they worked just fine.

Absolutely correct, I have used Panhead screws myself and used a small washer if needed

PM sent
Hard to find the washers with the right OD & ID though innit.
Marketing ploy ?

The "Proper" Kreg screws are very good I think. I use them for general stuff as well as pocket screws.
