Kreg Pocket Hole Jigs have nothing to do with the screws (except it has because they work better because of the flat contact area), this is the kit

I have a Kreg one Dell but I also have a cheaper one that, to be honest works just as well which I could send to you, it might take me a few days to find it and the drill but I can post it to you (at my cost), we can worry about returning it later because I still have another one, how many and what length screws do you need?

Absolutely correct, I have used Panhead screws myself and used a small washer if needed

The "Proper" Kreg screws are very good I think. I use them for general stuff as well as pocket screws.
