I doubt it. As the article points out ... "At the same time, KFOR's presence also acts as a guarantee that Serbia will not send any of its own forces into Kosovo. Belgrade is aware that engaging with Nato troops would be extremely unwise."
Serbias only Military Ally is Russia and Russia has got its hands full making a mockery of itself in Ukraine and would spare themselves further embrassment I am sure.
