Lifos Reset

I have a Lifos lithium leisure battery. The Bluetooth app for SOC has stopped working, i.e. It will no longer communicate with the BMS. Lifos say to discharge the battery completely to reset the Bluetooth.
Is there another way, anyone know?

I am inclined to agree with @jagmanx the BMS should prevent the battery from being discharged below the cell minimum level so it should not allow the battery to discharge completely under any load.

If the BMS has crashed, no Bluetooth is the least of your worries. I think you should not risk discharging the battery with a dubious BMS.
