Lithium battery bank install video

The trouble is, one side of the fuse is connected to the +ve of battery 1, and the other side of the fuse is connected to the +ve of the other batteries. So, blown or not, both sides of the fuse will measure +12V to earth.
Exactly so.
This is why I am intrigued how the Victron kit works. I think it must be programmed on the resistance, not the voltage difference, so when the resistance between the two posts on the fuse goes above say 0.2ohms, the system could flag a fuse outage (as the resistance will be measured though the 'alternative' route to the two posts, involving various cables and the battery itself)

I think Victron use the Fuse resistance to determine the maximum charge current or something on their BMS device - so putting in a 100A fuse automatically limots charge to 80A or something? can't recall the details off the tip of my head (been a long day!)

Nice job Phil, as an electrician for over 45 years its good to see someone paying attention to detail. Full marks.
