Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National parks want to know what we think. The survey is here:

It is case sensitive. I pointed out that I have already paid via tax so why do they think it's fair to charge me again? Just my take on it.

It is an amazing location so i have no problem paying the £7 for the provision and regulation of the facility. I would definitely visit again if travelling through the area.

I have done this as we go out of our way to pass through this area. We all have different things we want. If I just want empty out and water I said £5. If I have to get a site for this it is more but I get a lot more facilities and know where I will be staying.
We carry extra cassettes and water barrel so can manage without if we need to, it’s exceptionally rare if we don’t spend a little in the region.
I did say they needed to put the bins back though, that’s a major mistake in our view as we no longer do a litter pick if there is nowhere to put it unless there is only a bit of litter. You can’t take everyone’s rubbish with you

Just completed the survey. Tried to get the idea across that most motor homers are environmentally responsible.:)

A few pounds for facilities is fine I agree but... there are NO facilities provided just a charging machine. Now that seems a bit one sided to me. :)

There is a toilet block at one point.

Have done survey and would be happy to pay a £5 to empty cassette and fill up with fresh water as love the area but if it's all permits to stay then think a percentage of these should only be purchaseable say 1-3 days before otherwise all spontaneity goes out of the window.

We got in the day b4 in June!
Service facility only costs €1 in Spain at a garage.!!!!

I would prefer no pre booking as we usually just stop when we want to rather than plan. That’s why I often struggle when nearing time for a site lol

If they are policing permits they should be able to police online payments
