London's ULEZ zone to inner circular

Let’s hope that businesses will relocate outside and leave London as a ghost town much like many of the towns are now. I for one won’t go to London. It’s just another tax on the poorest people who can’t afford to change their car.

SADIQ can stick his £12.50 and whatever other fee's there are now right up his jacksie , I wouldn't set foot in the crap hole let alone pay for it

No doubt going to be introduced to cover the increase in CO2 produced by Heathrow's 3rd runway construction and the consequent increase in air travel!

Heathrow airport is going to have its own ULEZ, I think the report said it would include a total of 400 miles of roads around the airport.

Which is all good until you see the planes thundering down the runway to take off !

Does the boundary run down the middle of the road, if so you could drive round it free in a clockwise direction but would be charged for anticlockwise. :D
