I see the Londons ULEZ zone is to be extended now to everywhere between the North and South Circular
Applying to all vehicles over 15 years old - £12.50 a day, residents included.

London ULEZ for vehicles will be 18 TIMES LARGER than first proposed

Mayor Sadiq Khan confirmed that the ultra-low emission zone introduced next year will be expanded to the North and South Circular roads from October 2021.

Let’s hope that businesses will relocate outside and leave London as a ghost town much like many of the towns are now. I for one won’t go to London. It’s just another tax on the poorest people who can’t afford to change their car.

According to the article, it was written a year ago:

No doubt going to be introduced to cover the increase in CO2 produced by Heathrow's 3rd runway construction and the consequent increase in air travel!

Heathrow airport is going to have its own ULEZ, I think the report said it would include a total of 400 miles of roads around the airport.

Which is all good until you see the planes thundering down the runway to take off !

Does the boundary run down the middle of the road, if so you could drive round it free in a clockwise direction but would be charged for anticlockwise.
