Reading the "breakfast" Topic prompted this.
Again on a "weight aware" basis.
We often use a "crappo packet soup" but enhanced as follows
Finely chop veggies such as mushroom tomato onion any suitable left overs. Fry these in a small saucepan..
Add the prescribed amount of water and the packet soup heat through as directed. Eat with maybe bread and a small portion of cheese (reduced fat ! )
Does not take long so it will not interfere with you journey if you are going a moderate distance
