Makers name for this type of hab door lock?

Advice please. Can anyone tell me the make of this lock? It is broken, it does lock door from the inside, but not from outside using key ( I only have one door ) I’ve tried a google, nothing jumping out at me. If I can have makers name of handle, I’ll try and source one locally around Grasse.

It is the outer part required Jim, this holds the lock tumbler, but buy the whole lot if required?
 
Thanks to Jim and Tom for their input re: lock. Much googling required by me for a local lock replacement 👍
 
Might be worth calling Narbonne Accessoires at Mandelieu., 04 93 47 61 62, you might only need the barrel, so new barrel plus extractor?

Bit late to the thread, but is it the actual lock itself you are trying to track down? or the surround itself?

If it is the lock, then you have a 'Zadi' lock, also called 'Vecam' and possibly has other names as well. It is like a standard lock used in just about every motorhome in UK and Europe it seems.
The same lock is used in cassette toilet door, water locks and external lockers.

Gets you a new replacement lock and two keys. Plus the Red Key which is used to remove and refit the locks (when unlocked).

There are a host of Zadi lock and surround combos here on Amazon Germany - https://www.amazon.de/s?k=zadi+lock&crid=3DV2NTLY3Q76T&sprefix=zadi+lock,aps,107&ref=nb_sb_noss_2 , one of which may suit?
I buy from Amazon Germany quite a bit as it is often cheaper than Amazon UK even with expedited shipping. Usually takes around 3 days to arrive and weirdly the last package I got last Thursday from Amazon Germany came from France!
 
Morning David, thanks for the info, never too late to chip in 👍

We are en-route to a dealers that Dave (Val54) supplied details of, we called yesterday , no reply, possibly closed on a Monday? We will try calling again this morning.

It is actually the barrel only required. If no joy from the business Dave supplied details of, I’ll order from Amazon France and have lock sent to Bea’s address near Poitiers, then fit when we get up there.

You will need the red key to do the refitting of the lock barrel and always worth having one.

One of my locks had the marks of a screwdriver on it and a few years back I decided to refresh them all with new barrels of another code (hab door, wet locker, small locker and water lock). I actually left the toilet cassette lock as was - so different key to the rest. Thought there was I could lock the van keys behind that door (in a key safe) and just carry the cassette key and if someone got that key they would not be able to open the van up except for the cassette door - and not many people want to go poking around a locker with a toilet cassette in :)

I got as far as fitting the key safe David, must try harder 🤔😃
 
Update with lock situation, called dealer Dave supplied detail of, Bea got the impression that we could go there but nothing definite re: a speedy repair, if any could be done at all. Tonight we’ll send Amazon link to Bea’s mum to order a new barrel with removal key. We also have the lockable swing over arm, so we can lock up and set alarm when leaving MH.

Edit: ordered with delivery for the 24th. €33.00.

For future reference, both the Amazon website and the Amazon app enable you to change the country in which you wish to shop and to set up delivery to an address or to an Amazon locker in that country. Very useful facility when touring.
