We don't have leasehold considerations to cope with under Scottish Law, Trigger. Scottish Missives are much more straightforward and equitable!

And of course, in Scotland you cannot be served with an Eviction notice


You just get a very friendly "invitation to flit" (I never knew "flitting" was a legal term until I got an invitation to do it )
