The Motorhomer Annual Rally 2022 will be held between the 25th and 30th of August at Stratford-upon-Avon Race Course.

I have booked the Paddock Suite venue for Saturday and Sunday so that we can have some entertainment

Sorry, dogs are not allowed in the venue.

We have the Paddock Suite at the racecourse booked all day Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The venue holds 150 people and I will be selling 150 tickets for £5 each to help cover the cost of the room and entertainment. You can bring your own drinks and nibbles to the venue.

• Saturday daytime - TBA
• Saturday evening - | 8 pm - 11 pm | Neil Diamond tribute singer
• Sunday daytime - TBA
• Sunday evening - 7pm Quiz followed by music.

There are strictly 150 tickets, so please book tickets when booking your pitch.


Pitch Fees

The venue has increased the pitch fees by £1 per so this year the cost will be £14 per van per night which I think is great value for August Bank Holiday in Stratford-upon-Avon.

• Grass pitches only.
• There are no Electric Hookups available to us on this site.
• ONLY water, ELSAN and rubbish disposal will be provided.
• There are no toilets or showers so your motorhome must be self-contained.
• There will be no fire provided or other group activities.
• Dogs are allowed on site but must be kept under control at all times.

How To Book

Please reply to this thread stating:

1. How many nights you would like to attend (£14 per vehicle per night).
2. What day you will be arriving.

How To Pay

Please put the exact payment in a sealed envelope then write your username, vehicle registration number and the payment amount on the envelope. This will be collected on arrival so please have it ready.


How to get on to the site

1. Please access the racecourse from Luddington Road.
2. Turn left towards the entrance and drive through the gates.
3. Please do not stop at the reception and continue down the road.
4. As you approach the main buildings, follow the road across the race track.
5. You should see stewards ahead of you ready to welcome you.
6. Please have your envelope ready.

Unfortunately HymerSN08S will not be attending after all. Sorry for the short notice but I thought I would have improved by now but I am suffering from a bout of sciatica. I tried a test drive today and there's no way I can drive 200miles with a leg in spasm. Enjoy the weekend, Mark & Sophie
