Lots of carparks on beach rd with no restrictions ..

If they knew the truth this lovely area would become inundated. My avatar shows a stunning valley not far from where my mother was born.

We always go north unless we are meeting friends who live further south. Stay in wildcamps mostly. It is much easier and better the further north you go but for goodness sake don't tell everyone or it will become impossible like the south.

northumbrian coast is possible the best in england.............many places to stay overlooking fantastic uncrowded beaches.

Been a great adventure. Loads of places to park up and overnight .
There has been a increase in no overnight signs I think , but still loads of little gems .
For those that have not done the coast rds between Newcastle and Berwick go it's gawjess.
