My wife’s handywork

Thinking of covering out seats properly this summer with waterproof mattress covers - dogs and red wine! Hope I do half such a good job.
Are the seat covers removeable? If so how are the fastenings done?

All them are removable.reverseable for dog and vino stains and fastened by zips along the rear of all
The job oh she has done I can’t say we would have got any better from a pro will get some better pics later now she know I posted a pic of them?

That's a lovely job well done. My compliments to Mrs Laird!

Our daughter's van needs doing - what type of fabrics did she use?

Linda ,Fiona used proper upholstery fabric that has zillions of rubs and special backing that prevents stretching, cotton polyester cotton thread ( heavy duty).
Curtains are polyester cotton
She managed it all in around six hours, and it’s abso first class and you are welcome to see it as I’m gonna be at druridge meet

A cracking job, and she’ll get the pleasure of looking at them and thinking ‘I did that!’. Saved yourself some cash too, well done!

Brilliant, one extremely talented needlewoman, Gordon!

And in only 6 hours?!!! ? :)

As our curtains are over 6 years old, was requested to remove for cleaning. Fiddly job but when removed, labels stated dry clean only. 4 x 2ft x 2ft and one at 4ft x 2ft. Checked out sewing shop in Huntly and they wanted £220 o_Oo_O They went in washer and dried flat - perfect.
Cheers,
Alan
