I'm a bit confooosed, it looks like a page out of a car manual in particular the fuses.

A quick Google suggests that it's the dash from a Hyndai Accent and the illustration is from the online manual. Until then I thought it might be Tom Petty's "Learning to Fly" . So I YT'd for "Dashboard" and was surprised that such a song exists by "Modest Mouse", whoever he/she/it is -- so that's my guess...
