New Battery needed

I think we're talking about carrier damage during return which would be for the sender to arrange.
Most carriers limit their liability unless you spend a good bit more.
A lot don't like carrying lead acid batteries for private individuals.
Therefore unless you can physically take it back yourself choose a company that allows you to get it tested and send them the report.
It can be a real pain even sending little lithium batteries for power tools back - I did an Amazon return on one of those last year and they would only use one specific courier whose nearest drop off was many miles away.
I did once get a Lead Acid (AGM) battery delivered by DPD and when I told the chap what it was (he commented on the weight I think?) he looked shocked and said "we aren't allowed to carry those!"

I needed to change the battery in our VW Sharan recently, After going through all the online discounters I chose Tanya batteries, The service was superb, the price very competitive, the delivery was next day. How good was that!!!!
