I’m a bit of a technophobe but I think I fixed it, it’s above your reply! The signal is flying away in the wind which doesn’t help

This is weird ....

I can't get internet on my EE phone but if I use the Hotspot function, I can pick up the internet via my laptop.

Any advice on getting better internet reception at Strawberry Fields appreciated.
