For those of you with YouTube channels that do get spammed by scam fake accounts etc there a tool to search and destroy the posts.
This video by the creator explains how.

It's actually amazing how someone can create a tool that Google seemingly is incapable of doing themselves but then Google wouldn't profit directly or indirectly from the scam if it did that would it!
I have this video saved in my favourites just incase I ever need to use it!
