The clubhouse has got disabled facilities, if you will need battery charging, then you need to book your charging slots through Gordon (The Laird), there will be 2 x 4 hour slots available each day 10am to 14.00pm and 14.00pm until 18.00pm,they are only 4ah so battery charging only, THESE TIME SLOTS MUST BE PRE-BOOKED

We will have a table set up in the snug room, if you have got any items that cannot go in the raffle but can be sold separately and the money (or part of the sale money) will go towards the raffle, then this table will be great for your bits and bobs. Thank you for your generosity

As some of you know my wife does craft items for various different causes and she is giving me some craft items for the table to sell think all items are under a fiver

Hi,
Going forward, we will require members to provide their vehicle registration number and a mobile contact number if they wish to book rallies. These details will only be available to rally organisers and me. No one else will be able to see your details.

We have just had to make changes to the Hereford rally, and it has not been easy to contact all the members to let them know. If we had a contact phone number, we could have rung them if they had not responded to our private messages and emails. We can also contact members if they have not arrived at a rally when planned; if they are stuck in traffic, we may need to arrange for a steward to book them in late.

We want the vehicle registration numbers to match a vehicle with a member if there is an urgent reason at a rally.

Yes that will be fine, just be aware that all the stewards will be tied up after lunch getting the function room ready for the evening, so there might not be a steward available to greet you upon arrival, if you can just park up when you arrive and come into the clubhouse for one of us, we will then get you parked up

Anything sealed and not out of date is fine, snacks or savouries we dont mind. Looking forward to meeting you and hope you have good time on your first rally with us. If you are unsure about anything just ask, we are a friendly bunch and will help you if you need it
