New Year Celebration Rally 2025 / 2026

I started with it just after I got home on Thursday and still feeling rough today. Hopefully be gone by morning. I want to get out on my sledge.

Me and Lorraine are getting slightly better, I have been up to check on Greengrass (Dave) today and took him some supplies, he is staying at the venue until he is fit to drive, the club have been fantastic with him and check on him at least twice a day, he is also showing signs of recovery but still very dizzy, so he is better off stay where he is until he can drive, on the positive side of things, I have been asked to attend a committee meeting at the club in a couple of weeks as it looks very likely that we have had a reprisal, and the club have realised how much money they are going to lose by not letting us return for the next new year, finger crossed I can change this decision

Thank you for all the help with the bacon baps cleaning of the toilets moping the floors collecting glasses getting rubbish removed & anything l have forgot team work makes it all happen thank you all that help me

So sorry Lorraine, the brain is willing but the body is weak. I'm not a morning person and by the time I'd got up etc and fed and walked the dogs it was 11.30 and Mary told me it had all been done.

Hello guys sorry I've not posted sooner but as others have I got caught with the lurgy
Firstly many thanks to tissyd for his contributions to the raffle as did various others also the end result was great so many thanks to all
Many hands make light work which is true and thank you to all who did the clean up on the 1st jan
We appreciate any help and it relieves pressures off folks
It was a shame so many of us got hit with the bug but I hope you are all striving back to being better
Trotter,Ken were among the first to be hit then it was a lot of others catching it,Jeff and Lorraine were not well on old years night but carried on nevertheless so again many thanks
Greengrass (Dave ) is recovering slowly as is Chris n rog
Ps we raised£285 for dogs trust many thanks to all
