We raised £264 this is not enough but we have some more money in the pot and I will cover the difference.

We had a fantastic time at the new year meet at Goosnargh. Great to mèet up with old friends, and meet new friends. The entertainment day and evening was great and especially Pixie, fantastic singer. If there is a new year meet there next year, please put us down for it, quite a way to go to it, but so worth it. Thank you to Jeff and Lorraine for thier hard work arranging and looking after everything. Thank you Phil for the entertainment in the evenings and his delightful assistant Linda Brewis. Also to Trotter for helping with electric and parking . Again we had a fantastic, relaxing time. Rhona and him indoors xxx

Good to see so many friends at the do, especially Barry (Molly3) and best wishes for a speedy recovery to Val (Regand Val) who managed to slip and severely sprain her wrist while showing us all how to dance, go Val go!

We had a great time at the New Year party with everyone until Val's unfortunate accident. Many thanks to Phil (Donrevy) and Antonia for taking us to the hospital where she had an xray to find nothing broken but severely bruised. Overall a great meeting, looking forward to the next (no break dancing for Val).
Thanks again to Jeff and Lorraine for another brilliant party weekend.

Huge thanks to everyone for a fabulous meet. It's been so long I'd forgotten how good it feels to dance and have fun. Pixie is a total star... loved her Thanks also to everyone who sprang to help when I was feeling poorly. All good now thankfully.
Wish I was still at the meet... despite the lovely sunny days lately, life seems very flat now. Until the next time
