You are invited to a New Year Celebration at the Hereford Rowing Club.
Usual site fee of £10 per night per van.

The price is £20 per head for the New Years Eve party (everyone attending the Meet must buy a ticket.) children under 16 year are free.
Please have the money in an envelope on arrival, with your user name and reg number along with number of nights and number of tickets for New Year
Programme for the weekend
The clubhouse will be open during the daytime for socializing. When the bar is closed tea and coffee will be available, there will be hot water, tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided (but please feel free to bring your own specialized tea or coffee). Bring biscuits and cake along to share if you like.
Arrive Thurs 29th December not before midday.
The bar will be open in the evening
Friday 30th Social night
Food from 7.00pm
Steak Pie, Chicken Pie or Vegetable Pie. £7.50 paid to the club.
With Chips and Peas and Gravy.

Saturday 31st
We are holding a New Years Eve House Party with disco music.
The dress code is fancy dress or dress fancy.
The evening will start at 7.30pm. Hors d'oeuvres will be handed around in the bar followed by a seated buffet at 8.30pm. Once we have finished eating the party will move to the bar where we hope you all have a great night and welcome in 2023 in style.
On the night of the party there will be a no dog rule (with the exception of assistance dogs) in the area where food is being served. Well behaved dogs on leads are allowed in the bar area.
Important notice: Please inform us of any dietary requirement when booking.
Sunday 1st
New Year Brunch 11.00am until 1.00pm £7.50 per head paid directly to the club.
We do require numbers, so please let us know when booking.
Quiz Night from 8pm
Order pizzas from Dominos (you will be expected to order your own)
Monday 2nd
The party's over, we hope you all had a great time.
Please can you vacate before midday.
There will be breakfasts available on Friday and Saturday £7.50 just turn up and pay the club
Parking
Depending on the weather, we may need to park you on the car parks which may mean the spacing will be much less than usual. . We hopefully will be able to park some vans on the top part of the field near the road.
