No habitation power.

Hi folks,
Is there a fuse in the fuse box just for habitation power or is there another main fuse protecting the habitation batteries. The solar is charging but with the engine running, the charging power on my BMV app is not increasing. I've checked the main high voltage fuses, and they seem okay.
I normally carry a pack of spare fuses, but can I find them, hell no.
I'm sure itssomething really easy to remedy but sadly, cutting short our journey, as we're only 37 miles away from home.
Its been a bad day in one way or another, so lets put itdown to experience.
Vehicle battery and habitation batteries are fully charged to 13.17 volts.

you really need to provide more info to stand a chance of getting anything but very generic advice.
What motorhome have you got and how old is it? how original is the electrics and batteries?

If you could get to wildebus I am sure he will help you

I have an Elddis model 185 thats 4 years old.
I have absolutely no power on the habitation side.the fridge works on electric, but no lighting, spark at the oven or water pump. There's no 12v at all. The cab side is okay although the engine doesn't seem to be charging the batteries as we travel, the dash doesn't indicate any problem, and it seems only the solar system to charging the batteries.

Near the leisure batteries there should be 2 fuses. A large one (around 40 amps) and a small one (around 2 amps). Check them both as the big one protects the battery circuit and the small one is for the charging circuit.

Is that one with a set of round switches in a panel by the door with an analog volt meter?
I think they have a master 3-way switch that selects between Vehicle Battery, Leisure Battery or all off? You could check the switch is working; it will switch a relay or two in the control box (BCA?) - maybe relays there failed or fuses gone?
Solar could have been added in such a way to bypass the control panel (VERY typical on just about any motorhome) so would explain why solar is still charging.

not sure what you mean by high voltage fuses? 240V? they would be breakers and would not really be in the picture for a 12V issue I think.
I'd suspect a bad fuse somewhere. Need to check those - INCLUDING the one under the footwell in the starter battery box for completeness.
