Not sure I could do this job every day

No idea what those shoes cost new, but if you were doing that repair it looks as I it took all day which would need to pay you £250 plus the materials must be £50 . so the repair comes to at least £300, and that wouldn’t cover the shop rental, rates, electric or machine degradation. They must be very special shoes.
 
Dunno where you get all day from, it's only a 17 minute video, we didn't see all the process, but most of it, so maybe an hour or so for the full job.
