On the BBC website today...

They had a lot of complaints fron the traders when they first tried it as they have lost a lot of money through it. I can't see why they wanted to stop it on the old road at Cayton as there are no houses much up there. The councils excuse was thats householders were complaining. It was aload of BS.

Think , way back , Whitby council said they had hundreds of complaints.
FOI revealed they had 3(?) , 2 from the same person
 
Worth remembering that by May 7th the current Council members will probably be gone. I'm always an optimist. 😁
