Orange blossom

One of the advantages of living in Portugal at this time of year is when I go out in the garden early in the day the air is heavy with the scent of orange lemon and grapefruit blossom .She who must be obeyed complains it is to overpowering but I find it most enjoyable.

We have had orange blossom on our two trees, since November, new blooms are breaking through, even though the fruit has set.
With Jasmine adding to the aroma, it's paradise... For us and the Honeybees.
Looking like we're in for some proper rain.. The blackbirds are telling us.
Hoopoes and Orioles are.carrying on regardless.
