Hi All
here we go again.
got a compass castaway, Peugeot boxer base with an al-ko chassis.
went through the mot but advisory that front pipe slight blow and exhaust rusting so ordered complete new system, went to fit it today and guess what, it don't fit.
after looking on line, al-ko puts a different exhaust on the bare base.
anyone know where I can get one or will it have to be b-spoke made ?
Thanks
Bill

I will guess that it is similar to the basic Peugeot exhaust but longer , I had the same problem with a Peugeot/Eldiss when I lived in U.K. My local friendly welder just extended the overall length.

On mine the boxes were ok (actually standard fiat but with different pipes - guess how I know!) So when the pipe went in a couple of places I got a piece of flexible Stainless exhaust with sockets and clipped it on in between - cost c£30 off eBay.
From the photos you'll see that I didn't get the right size at one end first time - measure twice and order once!
It's surprisingly light and self supports very well.

If not yes get bespoke SS system done at specialist - I gather they're not desperately expensive when you factor in the life.
