Power loss

Hi everyone ,I'm at a loss as to what's happening in the van . Power is coming into Van on ehu. Inverter not registering as mains .When switched on lights flicks briefly from bulk to Inverter on and batteries are being used. B2B will charge but running engine on site not popular.

Can't really help but will things work from battery?

Temporary turn charger on might help

My power unit (calira) did this once.
It has 2 x rcd trips which had indeed tripped !

Everything is working but the battery is the source not the mains. tried switching to charger this appears to have no effect.

Check EHU is live ?

That is what had happened we didn’t know there was a 2nd trip switch
