Ok so I bought these butters when in France in March and froze them on the day of purchase and have been frozen ever since 8 ish months today I am going to use them in my Xmas dinner up the skin of the turkey in the mash the best before date is June but I suppose that’s unfrozen I have never frozen butter before never had to what’s your opinion and make it snappy please my turkey needs to be in the oven by 10 am at the latest 😂😂

Well it’s now under the skin of the turkey well that’s the herby one and the other will be in the mash and the stuffing thanks for your input. 💋💋

It's perfectly safe to cook with the out-of-date butter the way you intend, Annie.

....it is, however, extremely dangerous to eat.
Merry Christmas, Gorgeous.
Best Wishes to Bill.

We buy lurpak butter when on offer in morrisons and freeze it but not been in long enough to go out of date but can’t see the harm innit

Well we are still alive and suffered no adverse effects well aside from a bit of wind but I blame that on the sprouts 😂😂😂😂
