Enjoy a lazy meal in a nice restaurant without cooking or washing up.

Conversely, we'll miss the silence as we've both really enjoyed that.

I have a problem which prevents me going to restaurants, I don't like visitors without an appointment made at least three years previously, I love the peace and quiet, I have saved a lot of money on fuel, deodorants and body sprays (neither of us has a sense of smell and the dog prefers it) I have built a kitchen unit from an old pine bed to house an oven, a rustic shelf unit for the kitchen from a pallet, (photos will be posted later) I love the feeling of no timeline/pressure to finish projects, life will never be the same

I think you need to call someone for a little counciling.
Peace and quiet don't seem to go together with Maggi.
I understand the deoderant and body sprays and as for the diy, well.
The only advice I can suggest is stay at home snd stay safe 😁

On the phone to Nic the other day, I said, when I get home, I’ll have an hour in the shower, dry, eat a fish and chips supper, and then have an hour in the shower.
To be honest, the only thing I miss when away, apart from Nic or course, is unlimited hot water at mains pressure.( Or whatever the pressure is from a combi boiler)
 
I think unlimited internet without fiddling around will be wonderful when we return to UK. King sized bed too. Not bothered about fish and chips, had showers, fancy an Indian takeaway and a decent pint from the takeaway pub down the road!
